Terms and Conditions

Version: 2026.10.04 | Effective date: 4 October 2026

These terms explain how orders, payments, artwork approval, delivery and after-sales matters are handled by Vivid Pulse. Please read them together with the product information and the quotation or agreement for your order.

1. Seller and contact details

VIVID PULSE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202601011113) operates www.vvd.my under the Vivid Pulse name and is the contracting, invoicing and payment-receiving company for orders covered by these terms.

Business address: No.6, Jalan6/2B, Taman Industri Selesa Jaya, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia.
Telephone: +60 11-3758 9276
Email and complaints: vividpulse888@gmail.com

2. Scope and order documents

These terms cover our website and the printing, equipment and related services supplied by us. The specifications and any specific terms expressly agreed in your accepted quotation, order confirmation or signed agreement also apply. If a specific agreed term differs from this general page, the specific term applies to that order, subject to applicable law and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Equipment sales and rentals may require separate written agreements as explained in section 11. Visiting this website alone does not place an order. If ordering for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.

3. Quotations, prices and order acceptance

Check the product, quantity, material, size, finishing, artwork requirements, delivery details and price before ordering. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless expressly stated otherwise. The full amount, including any applicable tax, delivery, design, installation or other agreed charges, must be disclosed in the checkout or quotation before you commit to the order. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it; where no period is stated, please confirm its validity with us.

Submitting an order or receiving an automated acknowledgement confirms receipt and is not, by itself, acceptance unless the message expressly confirms acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm that we can fulfil it on the agreed specifications and price. Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a reasonable reason such as unavailable capacity or materials, an uncorrected pricing error, or unlawful content, and will explain the reason. Payments for an order we do not accept will be refunded.

We will not unilaterally increase the price of an accepted order. If a correction or requested change affects the price, specifications or timing, we will explain it and obtain your agreement before proceeding. If no agreement can be reached, any cancellation and refund will be handled under these terms and applicable law.

4. Payment

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, printing orders require full payment and confirmation of the final artwork before production begins. Use the payment methods displayed at checkout or specified in our quotation or invoice. If payment fails, is declined or cannot be verified, we will ask you to resolve it before production proceeds.

Any deposit, payment schedule or approved business credit arrangement must be stated in the relevant written agreement. This page does not impose an automatic monthly interest charge or annual finance rate.

5. Artwork, proof approval and corrections

You must have the rights or permission to use the artwork, text, logos, images and other files you supply. You authorise us to use those files as needed to fulfil your order. This does not give us permission to use your artwork for unrelated advertising.

Please check the final artwork or proof carefully, including spelling, numbers, names, images, layout, dimensions, bleed, folds and finishing. Confirm approval of the final version through the agreed ordering or communication channel. Technical file checks do not include proofreading or correcting your content unless that service has been expressly agreed.

Tell us about an error or change as soon as possible, before or after order confirmation. We will check whether the work can still be amended and explain any effect on cost and timing for your agreement. Once production has started, some changes may no longer be possible. Approval makes you responsible for the content you approved, but does not excuse our production errors, departure from agreed specifications or other responsibility imposed by law.

6. Print appearance and tolerances

Screen colours and digital proofs may differ from the final printed result because of displays, colour settings, materials and production processes. A digital proof primarily confirms content and layout. If exact colour matching or a physical sample is important, discuss the requirement and any cost with us before approval.

Any relevant cutting, colour, material or finishing tolerance must be communicated in the product information or agreed quotation. Normal variations must remain reasonable for the agreed product; materially different or defective work is not treated as acceptable merely by calling it a variation.

7. Production and timing

The estimated production and delivery or collection times are stated in the product information, quotation or order confirmation. Production time and courier transit time are separate. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the production period starts after we have received full payment, usable files and your approval of the final artwork, together with any other information needed for the order.

Tell us before ordering if you need a fixed deadline. A guaranteed date applies only when expressly agreed. If a delay occurs, we will notify you, explain the cause and revised estimate, and discuss a reasonable solution. Events outside reasonable control do not remove responsibilities or remedies that apply by law.

8. Delivery, collection and transit issues

Delivery areas, available delivery or collection options and the related charges are specified at checkout or in your quotation. Please provide accurate contact and address details, and contact us promptly to correct them. If an address error or missed delivery caused by you requires additional delivery, we will explain the actual additional charge before arranging it.

If an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us with the order details. We will help trace it, investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution according to the facts and applicable law. We do not exclude all responsibility merely because a courier is involved. Where goods received are defective or materially different from the agreed order, we will bear the cost of re-delivery as required by applicable law.

9. Cancellation of printing orders

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Production means that the actual manufacturing of your order, such as printing, cutting or finishing, has begun; an order submission or payment alone does not mean manufacturing has started.

  • Before production: we deduct only reasonable costs already incurred for your order that were disclosed to you in advance, such as agreed design work or order-specific preparation. If no such costs have been incurred, the payment is refunded in full.
  • After production has begun: cancellation is assessed according to the actual progress. We will explain the work completed, costs already incurred and any order-specific commitments that cannot reasonably be recovered or cancelled. Deductions must relate to the order, be reasonable, avoid double charging and take account of recoverable amounts; any remaining refundable balance will be returned.

Completed customised items may have little or no refundable balance when cancellation is only due to a change of mind. This cancellation policy does not remove your remedies for defects, incorrect production, non-delivery or other rights under applicable law.

10. Defects, shortages, returns and refunds

Please inspect your order on receipt and report a defect, shortage, damage or mismatch with the agreed specifications as soon as reasonably possible. Email or call us with your order number, a description and supporting photos or other information where available. Keep the relevant items and packaging where reasonably possible so we can investigate, and contact us for return arrangements before sending items back.

We will assess the issue against the agreed order and explain the appropriate remedy, such as correcting or reprinting the affected work, repair, replacement, supplying missing items or a refund, according to the circumstances and applicable law. Where our error requires a return or replacement delivery, we will arrange the necessary return and re-delivery costs. An approved refund will be made to the original payment method where practicable, or another method agreed with you; we will confirm the amount and expected processing time.

A mistake present in artwork you approved, a change of mind or damage caused by misuse is treated differently from a defect caused by us. However, merely using part of an order does not automatically remove a valid claim. There is no blanket two-business-day deadline that extinguishes all claims. These terms do not exclude applicable statutory guarantees or remedies.

11. Equipment sales and rental services

For equipment purchases, confirm the model and whether it is new, used or refurbished, its condition and specifications, included accessories, delivery and installation, acceptance arrangements, any warranty period and coverage, exclusions, consumables and maintenance in the quotation or sales agreement before committing. Do not assume an unspecified warranty, installation or service package is included.

Equipment rental is governed by the separate written rental or service agreement. It should state the equipment, rental term, payment and deposit arrangements, usage or meter charges, consumables, maintenance, service scope, responsibilities for damage, return arrangements and any early termination charges. The printing cancellation rules in section 9 do not automatically determine equipment sales or rental refunds. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Website use and personal data

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit unlawful or infringing content, interfere with website security, impersonate another person or misuse another person's account. Website designs, text, tools and other materials may belong to us or their respective licensors; their display does not grant unrestricted rights to copy or exploit them. Your own files remain subject to your rights and the limited order-fulfilment permission described above.

For how personal data is handled and how to contact us about it, please read our Privacy Policy. Order-related communications are separate from permission to send marketing messages.

13. Responsibility and disputes

Each party is responsible for its obligations under the agreed order and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability, statutory guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not give us blanket immunity for negligence, defective goods or failure to perform our obligations.

These terms and orders are governed by Malaysian law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint promptly. This does not restrict your right to use a competent court, consumer tribunal or other remedy available under applicable law, and does not require you to give up a right or miss a legal deadline.

14. Language and updates

We provide these terms in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese with the same intended meaning. If you notice a difference or need clarification, contact us before placing an order. Mandatory law and the specific terms lawfully agreed for your order remain applicable.

We may update this page for future orders and will show the updated version and effective date. A later website update does not, by itself, retrospectively change an already accepted order. Keep your order confirmation and the applicable terms for reference.
