Custom Sticker & Label Printing

Vivid Pulse prints custom stickers and labels at our digital printing factory in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, serving businesses and individuals in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas. Choose stickers for packaging, brand seals, gifts and promotional materials, with a minimum of 50 finished stickers for each design, size and material.

Standard supply is on flat sheets with kiss-cut stickers. Choose a suitable material, shape and lamination, then send the quantity for each design and details of the application surface. Regular simple orders take 2–3 production working days; complex work takes 3–5 working days or an individually confirmed schedule. Artwork approval, payment, the noon cutoff and delivery conditions apply.

Specifications and quotation

Product specifications and order conditions
MaterialsMirrorkote, Woodfree, transparent and matte silver. Woodfree is a paper sticker, not a waterproof material. Confirm any water-, oil-, cold- or outdoor-use requirement separately.
Adhesive and surfaceStandard pricing uses ordinary permanent adhesive. Removable, low-temperature or special adhesive requires a separate manual quotation. Apply to suitable clean, dry, smooth surfaces; test challenging surfaces first.
SizesStandard squares: 20 × 20 mm to 100 × 100 mm in 10 mm steps, plus 150 × 150 mm. Regular custom dimensions are within 20 × 20 mm to 150 × 150 mm; larger or smaller requests require a manual quotation.
Shapes and printingRound, square, oval or custom shape; single-sided printing. Rectangle orders require a manual quotation when not available in the calculator. Custom cut lines and the size/material combination are checked before production.
LaminationNo lamination, matt or gloss lamination, according to material compatibility. Not every material supports every laminate; lamination alone does not guarantee waterproof or outdoor performance.
Supply and minimum quantityQuantities are finished stickers, not sheets. Standard supply is flat sheets with kiss-cut stickers. Minimum 50 stickers for each same-size, same-material, same-artwork design; no general minimum order value.
Multiple designs and extrasDifferent sizes, materials or artworks are separate designs for minimum quantities and pricing. Individual through-cut stickers, packing, rolls, special cutting dies and special processing require a separate manual quotation.
Artwork and toleranceA closed vector cut line is required for custom cutting. Allow 3 mm bleed and a 3 mm safe area unless the final template specifies otherwise. Cutting tolerance is ±1 mm.
Standard production2–3 working days for in-stock materials, simple round/square/rectangle cutting, no lamination and no physical sample. Complex shapes, many designs, lamination, large quantities or special materials: 3–5 working days or a separately quoted schedule.
Urgent ordersA 1-working-day urgent order may be requested for in-stock material, simple cutting, no special processing and artwork that passes on first review. Acceptance, capacity, fees and the exact completion time must be confirmed.
Payment and noon cutoffAll start conditions, including verified full payment and final artwork approval, must be met. Monday–Friday production, excluding applicable public holidays; by 12:00 noon MYT counts as day 1, otherwise the next production working day.
Collection and deliveryAppointment collection: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 MYT, excluding public holidays/announced closures, after our ready notice. Delivery is quoted separately; production lead time excludes transport.

How to order

  1. Choose the finished size, material, shape and lamination. For rectangles or specifications not available in the calculator, request a manual quotation. State the finished-sticker quantity for each design, with at least 50 per same-size, same-material artwork, and describe the surface and use conditions.
  2. Send print-ready artwork and a separate closed vector cut line where needed. Use the final template, 3 mm bleed and a 3 mm safe area, then check the digital proof.
  3. Review each design's batch total, equivalent unit price, sheet or individually cut supply, additional work, tax and delivery. Agree any design, sample, urgent-service or special-processing fees before accepting the quotation.
  4. Explicitly approve the final artwork, provide all required information and meet the payment conditions. Confirm the noon cutoff, production completion date and collection or delivery arrangements before the order proceeds.
Quotation, artwork and delivery arrangements

Quotations and additional charges

These arrangements apply to new orders. Orders already accepted remain subject to their agreed terms. Prices are normally shown in Malaysian ringgit (RM). A calculator total applies to the selected size, material, quantity, printed sides and finishing. Standard configurations may be submitted online; orders proceed after the material, files and delivery arrangements have been checked and the order has been accepted. Submitting an order or receiving an automatic notification does not by itself mean the order has been accepted.

Manual quotations are valid for 7 calendar days unless the quotation states another validity period. If no validity period is shown, check that the quotation is still valid before ordering. Prices for accepted orders will not be increased unilaterally. Custom sizes, mixed designs, per-card data and special finishing require a final quotation.

The base quotation includes one basic technical file check. Orders requiring layout or custom production include the first electronic proof and one minor proof adjustment before approval. Direct document printing follows the final-PDF and print-parameter approval process described below. Original design, substantial changes, redrawing, data cleaning and physical samples are quoted separately.

The business-card design service includes one initial design and a total of two rounds of minor text or position adjustments. This is the total revision allowance for that service; the one minor proof adjustment above is not added to it. A new concept, a different style or a substantial redesign requires a separate quotation. Additional employee versions are priced as agreed.

Delivery, design or file-processing work outside the included scope, physical samples and urgent production are quoted separately. The checkout or formal quotation states whether applicable taxes are included and the amount charged. Any additional charge is explained and agreed before the additional work proceeds.

When production time starts

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, production time starts only after full payment has been received and verified, usable final files have been received, the customer has approved the final artwork, and all other information required for the order is complete. Payment or order submission alone does not mean production has started. Deposits, instalments and approved corporate credit terms follow a separate written agreement.

PVC orders with per-card data also require approval of the data-to-layout mapping and, where relevant, the matching of photographs to records. Once all conditions are met, the first production working day is determined by the cutoff rules below. Sample production and time spent waiting for customer approval are separate from the bulk-production period.

Working days, cutoff and urgent orders

Production working days are Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and applicable Malaysian or Selangor public holidays are excluded; special opening days or changes are announced separately. All times use Malaysia Time, MYT (UTC+8).

The daily cutoff is 12:00 noon. If all production-start conditions are completed at or before 12:00 noon on a production working day, that day counts as production day 1. Conditions completed after 12:00 noon or on a non-working day start counting from the next production working day.

Urgent orders require confirmation of materials, print-ready files, available capacity, any extra charge and a specific completion time. Production is arranged after the customer accepts those arrangements. Same-day or 1-working-day completion applies only to an urgent order that has been expressly accepted with that completion time.

Collection and delivery

Collection is by appointment at No. 6, Jalan 6/2B, Taman Industri Selesa Jaya, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia. Collection hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, excluding public holidays and special closures. Please wait for the ready-for-collection notification by WhatsApp, telephone or email before visiting, and provide your order number when collecting. After-hours or weekend collection requires separate confirmation.

Delivery is arranged primarily for Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Other Malaysian destinations are checked against the delivery address and carrier coverage. Same-city delivery may use an on-demand service; other destinations use trackable courier services. The delivery charge depends on postcode, distance, actual or volumetric weight, parcel count and the selected service. Delivery is not automatically free, and no single carrier is assumed for every order.

Production completion means printing, finishing, checking and packing are complete. Carrier handover means the parcel has actually been transferred to the delivery service. Customer receipt depends on the destination and delivery service. These milestones are confirmed separately: production days do not include transport time.

Artwork and print tolerances

A print-ready PDF prepared at the finished size is preferred. AI, PSD, JPG and PNG files can be checked for suitability; complex layouts and variable data require a separate check. Prepare artwork in CMYK with bitmap images at 300 dpi at the finished size, embed or outline fonts, and embed linked images. Confirm the converted result when using RGB, spot colours or special effects.

Unless the product-specific template states otherwise, allow 3 mm bleed on every side and keep text and important content at least 3 mm inside the finished cut edge. Extend full-bleed backgrounds to the bleed edge and keep cutting paths and guides separate from printable artwork. Cutting paths, hole positions, spines and binding margins follow the final template.

The general cutting and front-to-back registration tolerance is ±1 mm. Product-specific tolerances and templates take precedence, including those for PVC cards. A screen image or electronic proof is not an exact colour standard. For strict brand-colour requirements, confirm the material and a physical sample first; a universal colour-difference value or zero colour variation is not promised.

Proof approval, samples and changes

The customer checks and approves the final text, numbers, names, images, layout, dimensions, bleed and finishing requirements. Unless proofreading has been expressly agreed by both parties, a basic technical file check does not include proofreading or correction of the customer's content.

Layout and custom-print orders receive an electronic PDF proof. Direct document-print orders are approved against the final PDF, print settings and page list; a separate proof is supplied where rearrangement or a cover requires it. Final approval must identify the final version through the agreed communication channel.

Physical samples are quoted separately according to the material and finishing that can be produced. Sample production and time spent waiting for customer approval are not included in the bulk-production period.

Tell us promptly if a change is needed. After approval, changes to wording, data or layout are checked against the production stage, and any added charge or revised schedule is explained before proceeding. Some changes may no longer be possible once production has started. Errors in customer-approved content and errors caused by our layout or production work are handled separately. We will investigate and address errors caused by our work; correcting those errors does not use the customer's paid revision allowance. The included scope and any additional charges follow the quotation arrangements above.

Send your sticker size, quantity per design, artwork and intended use for a quotation.

Product questions

Which sticker material and adhesive should I choose?

Choose Mirrorkote, Woodfree, transparent or matte silver with ordinary permanent adhesive. Woodfree is a paper sticker; paper materials are not sold as waterproof, and transparent or matte silver names alone do not guarantee performance. Describe water, oil, refrigeration, outdoor or removable-use requirements. Special adhesives or water-resistant synthetic materials need a manual quotation. Trial application is important on rough, curved, damp or low-surface-energy plastic surfaces. Suitability depends on the material, print, laminate, adhesive and use conditions; no universal durability period is promised.

Which custom sizes and shapes can I request?

Standard squares run from 20 × 20 mm to 100 × 100 mm in 10 mm steps, plus 150 × 150 mm. Regular custom dimensions are within 20 × 20 mm to 150 × 150 mm; other dimensions need a manual quotation. Round, square, oval and custom shapes follow the available configuration. Rectangles need a manual quotation if unavailable in the calculator. Custom cutting needs a separate closed vector path. Small dimensions, sharp corners or narrow shapes may require adjustment after review.

How do the minimum quantity and multiple designs work?

The minimum is 50 finished stickers for each same-size, same-material artwork, with no general minimum order value. Different sizes, materials or artworks have separate minimums and prices. Several designs can share an order, but their quantities do not automatically qualify as one design's volume tier. Any shared-layout saving is calculated in the quotation. Quantity means finished stickers, not sheets; standard supply is flat sheets with kiss-cut stickers. Requests below 50 are treated as sample enquiries.

How is each sticker design priced?

Each design is quoted by finished-sticker quantity, size, material, cutting and lamination. You receive its total price and a checkable equivalent price per finished sticker. Oversized work, complex cut lines, a new physical cutting die, individual through-cutting, special lamination, packing and roll supply require a manual quotation. Cut-line preparation or die fees are itemised. Design, samples, urgent service, taxes and delivery follow the shared quotation policy; the same service is not charged twice.

How should I prepare sticker artwork?

Provide a print-ready PDF using the final template, preferably CMYK with images at 300 dpi at the finished size and embedded or outlined fonts. Add 3 mm bleed and keep important content at least 3 mm inside the cut edge unless the template differs. Cutting tolerance is ±1 mm. Keep custom closed vector cut lines separate from printable artwork, and check text, logos and codes at the finished size. Strict brand colours may require a separately quoted physical sample; screen proofs are not exact colour standards.

How long does production take?

In-stock material, simple round/square/rectangle cutting, no lamination and no physical sample: 2–3 production working days. Complex shapes, many designs, lamination, large quantities or special materials: 3–5 working days or an agreed schedule. A 1-working-day urgent request needs stock, simple cutting, first-review artwork approval, capacity and fee acceptance. Verified full payment, final approval and complete information must meet the 12:00 MYT cutoff. Monday–Friday working days exclude applicable public holidays; later completion starts counting next working day. Sampling, approval waits and transport are separate.

Can I choose lamination or another supply format?

Choose no lamination, matt lamination or gloss lamination according to material compatibility. Not every material supports every laminate, and a laminate does not establish waterproof or outdoor suitability. Printing is single-sided. Standard supply is kiss-cut stickers on flat sheets. Individual through-cut stickers, separate packing and rolls require a manual quotation, with the quantity unit, cutting requirements and charges agreed before ordering. Lamination, special supply or extra processing can affect the production schedule.

Can I request a sample or fewer than 50 stickers?

Requests below the regular 50-sticker minimum are quoted as sample orders. Physical samples are subject to the material and process that can be produced and are priced separately from the full batch. Use the sample to check the intended surface, appearance and relevant use conditions before approving the batch. Sample production and time waiting for your approval are outside the bulk-production period. Agree the sample scope, price and the final batch specification before proceeding.

FAQs

Describe the application surface, use, exposure to water or oil and desired appearance. Paper, synthetic materials and lamination suit different uses. Available materials and finishes follow the confirmed options or quotation.

Provide the width, height and shape. Select standard sizes from the page; custom sizes or contour cutting require a production check. Mark any cut line separately from the printed artwork.

Water resistance depends on material, ink and finish; lamination does not guarantee long-term outdoor suitability. Rough, damp, oily or specially coated surfaces may affect adhesion. Test the intended surface before full use.

Use the confirmed template for bleed and safe areas, keeping text and logos away from cut edges. Leave enough clear space around QR codes and barcodes, and check clarity and readability at the finished size.

Send the size, quantity, material, shape, lamination requirements and artwork, and specify individual or sheet supply. List quantities for each design. Minimum quantities, lead time and delivery charges follow the confirmed option.
