Event Truss Setup & Custom Backdrop Frames
Bring your event message together with a coordinated truss structure and branded backdrop. For openings, exhibition spaces and photo areas, Vivid Pulse coordinates backdrop concepts, printed graphics and on-site setup around your venue and display requirements.
Plan the structure, graphics and setup together
- Truss and backdrop frames: confirm the frame layout, support configuration and placement around the required width, depth, height and available venue space.
- Branded backdrop graphics: enquire about large-format printed banners or other suitable graphic materials for your logo, event theme and brand colours.
- Setup and dismantling: define the service scope around access times, event dates, removal deadlines and venue management arrangements.
- Transport and project requirements: confirm the service location, loading access and required components. Your quote states whether graphics, transport, setup and dismantling are included.
To request a quote, send the venue address and photos, indoor or outdoor setting, required dimensions, display purpose, setup and removal times, and whether printed graphics are needed. We will confirm the proposal, service scope and charges before scheduling production and site work.
Frequently asked questions
How is the project priced?
Pricing depends on the structure size and layout, usage period, location, site access, setup and dismantling requirements, and printed graphics. This service is quoted per project.
Can the size and backdrop artwork be customised?
Share your required dimensions, layout and brand colours. Final structural and graphic dimensions are confirmed against the venue and proposed setup.
Are printing, transport and dismantling included?
Please request these items together if needed. Your quotation itemises the materials, services, transport arrangements and charges so the project scope is clear.
Can the truss be used outdoors or support lights and screens?
Tell us the setting and the dimensions and weight of every proposed suspended item. Outdoor use, fixing arrangements and loading requirements need a separate site-specific assessment by the setup team before a suitable solution is quoted.
How early should I book?
Enquire as soon as your venue and event dates are set, including access and removal times. Availability, production lead time and urgent arrangements are subject to project confirmation.
