Check the selected option or formal quotation. Printed graphics, stands, banner fixings and LED light-box frames or power accessories may be supplied in different combinations. List the accessories and installation environment you need when enquiring.
Share the available space, viewing distance, orientation and installation location. For replacement stand or light-box graphics, measure the usable graphic area and send photos of the frame. The new graphic must match the existing structure.
Specify indoor or outdoor use before quotation. X-banners and roll-up stands are mainly indoor displays. Banner materials, mounting and outdoor suitability of a light box require separate confirmation. Wind, rain and sunlight affect performance; product images alone do not establish outdoor suitability.
Use the confirmed finished size or template and keep important content away from trim edges, eyelets and areas covered by the frame. Roll-up retraction areas and backlit light-box graphics have different requirements. Confirm the relevant template and material before submitting artwork.
Send the quantity, size, artwork, accessories and event date, and state whether delivery or installation is needed. Costs and timing are confirmed against production requirements, scheduling and transport conditions. Check the graphics and accessories on receipt.
